FAQ

Question: Does this leave holes in your skin?

Answer: It will not make holes in your skin. However, if your pores are large and it sucks anything out of them, you might be left with the appearance of a hole.

Question: How strong is the suction? Would it be effective for cleaning blackheads on your back?

Answer: The suction gets really strong! If you exfoliate first and use heat or steam to open pores, it should suck anything out. 

Question: It won’t turn on for me? What am I doing wrong?

Answer: Charge well and hold the power button until it get on.

Question: How to use it better to remove blackheads from skin?

Answer: Here are some tips for you to better to enjoy the product.

1. When you get machine, please charge fully before first use. Then just turn on to choose the level by yourself.
2. To better suck out the blackheads, we suggest that use the hot towel or face streamer to open pores. Immediately following a sauna would work great.

Question: Do I have to get more of the filter sponges or are they reusable?

Answer: They are reusable, wash it with water and dry it.

Question: Does this hurt?

Answer: No, but you should hold you skin taught to avoid unnecessary stress.

Question: Is the suction head small enough to fit in ear? Have 1 persistent blackhead I have to see dermatologist to empty!

Answer: It will like fit in the big part of the ear but not much further.  It is not designed or recommended to use in the ear due to possible damage to the ear.

Question: Does this only work for black heads or does it work for clogged pores too?

Answer: Yes, it should work for clogged pores.  Be sure to use a heat compress or steam to open pores first. 

Question: How do you replace the tiny filter inside?

Answer: Just use tweezers and pull it out.  You can just wash it off and reuse it though. Just use the same tweezers to put it back in.

Question: Does this item require pads or filters?

Answer: Once you receive the package it’ll come with everything that’s required.
